One of EBL's hottest prospects heading into the 2019 season is Legends Prospect player Thomas White.  Most high school pitchers that are 6'3, left handed and throw 85 mph on a consistent basis will usually land a serious college baseball scholarship.  The big problem here is Thomas is only in 8th grade and is trying to figure out what high school he should attend in the fall of 2019 first before the college process begins.  At the Prep Baseball Report workout on March 3rd he was consistently throwing 85 mph and showed plus secondary pitches.  Here is Thomas White's interview.

EBL: How does your team look this year?

White: I think we are a very solid team all the way around, we have players who can play multiple positions.  I'm very excited for the 2019 season.

EBL: What program do you get the most pumped up to play?

White: Either GBG or Nokona, those are always great games.

EBL: Is there a game or a tournament that you remember the most if so tell me about it?

White: Definitely my last two Ripken Experience Tournaments in Myrtle Beach and in Aberdeen MD.  I got MVP in both tournaments and I had at least 10 hits in those tournaments. The Perfect Game World Series in Georgia was also a great tournament.  I had a great pitching performance against Team Elite (GA) and that opened a lot of eyes for me.

EBL: Who is your favorite MLB player?

White: Chris Sale

EBL: How do you like playing in the Elite Baseball League?

White: I love it.  It has definitely changed my life, game me more chances to play against great players each week.  It also helped make me the player that I am today

EBL: What's your expectation for you 2019 team?

White: I think we will be a very good team.  We may struggle in the beginning  a little because of the high school conflicts but no doubt we will win a lot of games.
