HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR DAMIEN CARTER!

MWS Devils 13U Black player Damien Carter has high expectations for his team in 2019.  Here is Damien's interview with the New England Elite Baseball League: 

EBL: What EBL program do you play for and what age level? 

Carter: I play for the MWS Devils on their 13U Black Team. 

EBL: What positions do you play? What's your favorite position?

Carter: I pitch, play shortstop, and 2nd base. My favorite position is shortstop. 

EBL: What grade are you in? 

Carter:  I am in 7th grade. 

EBL: How do you like playing for the MWS Devils?

Carter: I love playing for the MWS Devils, there is no team I wold rather play for.

EBL: How does your team look this year?

Carter: My team looks great, I think we are going to be very competitive this season. 

EBL: What program do you get the most pumped up to play? 

Carter: I like to play GBG because they are good competition. 

EBL: How do you like playing in the New England Elite Baseball League?

Carter: I love it because you get to play against some of the best baseball players in our area. 

EBL: Who has been the most influential person with your baseball career so far?

Carter: Coach Paul Everett, he has been my coach for 3 years and has helped me become the player that I am today. 

EBL: Who is your favorite MLB player and your favorite MLB team?

Carter: My favorite MLB player is JD Martinez and my favorite MLB team is the Boston Red Sox.  

EBL: Besides baseball what is your favorite sport?

Carter: My second favorite sport to play is football. 

EBL: What is your favorite baseball movie? 

Carter: My favorite baseball movie is "The Sandlot."
