Braeden Campbell has made a huge impact for the 13U Division I Bay Sox in his first few weeks as a member of his new team. His solid bat makes him a tough out at the plate and his solid catching will make any coach second guess putting on the steal sign. Here is Braeden's interview with the EBL:

EBL: What EBL program do you play for and what age level?  

Campbell: I play for the Junior Bay Sox 13U Division I team. 

EBL: What positions do you play?  What is your favorite position?  

Campbell: I play catcher and 3rd Base.  Catcher is my favorite position. 

EBL: What grade are you in?  What town do you live in?

Campbell: I live in North Kingstown, Rhode Island and I'm in 7th grade. 

EBL: How do you like playing for the Jr Bay Sox?  

Campbell: This is my first season with the Jr Bay Sox and I have really enjoyed playing for them and learning from Coach Carl. 

EBL: How does your team look this year? What are your team strengths? 

Campbell: It's still early, but we have some great pitching and good hitting on our team. 

EBL: What program do you get the most pumped to play?

Campbell: I am very excited about playing at this competitive level. This is my first season in the EBL so I'm not sure who are our biggest competition is yet. 

EBL: How do you like playing in the Elite Baseball League so far? 

Campbell: I enjoy how it is more competitive, its been great so far, there are some great players in the league.  

EBL: Do you have dreams to play College Baseball?  What is your dream school to play at? 

Campbell: My dream is to play at the most competitive DI College. 

EBL: Besides baseball what is your favorite sport?

Campbell: Hockey

EBL:  Who is your favorite MLB player and your favorite MLB team?  

Campbell: My favorite team is the Boston Red Sox and my favorite player is Mookie Betts. 

EBL: What is your favorite baseball movie?

Campbell: Sandlot
